Commission staff reported that specifications were not included with the application but recommended the proposed work be consistent with the design guidelines. The subject property was identified by staff as 116 Lewisburg Avenue, Franklin.
The applicant did not add substantive new information beyond staff’s report but answered commissioners’ questions about the rear lattice detail and confirmed the proposed lattice would not extend beyond the current highest point of the existing lattice. The commission moved and seconded approval “with staff conditions” and voted in favor; commissioners indicated their acceptance during the roll call and the chair declared the ayes had it.
Staff conditions and the application materials will govern final permitting; staff earlier noted that specifications for fixtures and materials should be submitted for review so installations align with the design guidelines.
No members of the public spoke on the application during the meeting.
