MADISON CITY — The Madison City Board of Zoning Appeals on March 10 tabled three new applications to its next regular meeting after applicants or required notices were not in order and after a nearby resident raised concerns about parking and drainage for one proposal.
The board tabled BZV-25-4, a request by Tom Pichard for a variance to develop a detached garage with a 2-foot setback on the west lot line at 820 West Third, because the applicant told staff he did not mail required certified notices to neighbors.
