MADISON CITY — The Madison City Board of Zoning Appeals on March 10 approved renewals for two conditional-use permits, instructed staff and the city attorney to pursue follow-up for two additional renewals and asked staff to investigate an earlier conditional-use renewal tied to a tattoo parlor.
The board unanimously approved renewal of conditional-use permits for Steve Buchanan, 814 West Third Street, and Sedum Contracting, 20910 Wilson (vote 5-0). The board also found that the conditional-use permit for Corey Hankins and Anne Dickerson at 510 East Vaughn Drive has expired and directed the city attorney to send notice that the permit is expired; the board said the permit would be renewed if the owners pay the required…
