The slate of officers was offered from the floor and seconded; the board then approved it by voice vote. The board also discussed and approved the Jan. 9 meeting minutes after confirming the auditor referenced in the minutes, Theresa Johnson, CPA, had been engaged during a prior transition period. A motion to approve the minutes was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote.
Board members moved to approve vouchers and payroll authorization transfers for October, November and December 2024. The board approved that motion by voice vote; the executive said the agency had restored regular financial reporting and would continue improvements.
These items were handled without extended debate and concluded with adjournment.
