"What you have before you today in R S 32620 is what I like to refer to as a a rate payer protection bill that would require that if a power, power usage, entity came in that was going to use, 10 megawatts of power, which is a very large sum, that they would have to, they would be required to pay any infrastructure or power generation that it would take to provide that electricity to them, and it couldn't be passed on to the rate payers," Garner said.
Representative Mickelson moved to introduce RS32620; the committee voted to introduce the RS by voice vote.
