• Approve PO to Arts Rental for a 45-foot diesel boom lift, $2,350 (one-month rental) — Motion approved. Staff said the lift will be used for tree trimming on township roads.

• Acquire four picnic tables for pavilion, not to exceed $4,500 — Motion approved. Trustees instructed staff to confirm the vendor and provide PO details before payment.

• Approve installation of new ceiling tiles and repaint zoning office, not to exceed $325 — Motion approved.

• Renew annual Aetna health insurance at a 7.58% rate increase, effective May 1, 2025 — Motion approved.

• Honor 3-week vacation carryover for newly hired employee Chris Likens based on prior service with Butler County Soil and Water — Motion approved.

• Adjourn meeting — Motion approved.

The fiscal officer and staff noted additional administrative items: staff are working with the federal processing agency to adjust the township's SAM/SAMS number (effort ongoing), and trustees discussed the availability of the Hamilton Foundation funds and how to manage park-related expenditures if donor funds are not yet available.
