The Greene County Board of Commissioners approved a block of routine items on Feb. 13, including minutes, vouchers, travel and training, transfers and several small appropriations and authorizations.
Key votes and actions recorded by the board included:
- Approval of minutes as submitted (voice vote).
- Approval of vouchers, including the county's monthly payment for dispatch center services and purchases of audio-visual equipment for the new jail (voice vote).
- Approval of out-of-state travel and training for commissioners and staff (voice vote).
- Transfers and appropriations tied to the Brownfield grant process, including advances and appropriations to fund demolition of the old Greenview North and South schools (voice vote).
