Court records show Gardner submitted a certificate of insurance listing $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate and $4,000,000 for products/completed operations, meeting the county—s stated requirements.
County staff and court members discussed standard insurance minimums for contractors and asked staff to ensure that future contracts include language requiring compliance with applicable state laws and county insurance minimums before final approval.
