Budget committee approves multiple budget amendments, grant applications and transfers; forwards forensic center funding to full commission

- Opioid board media campaign: The committee approved $22,600 in opioid‑fund spending recommended by the Rutherford County opioid board for a 26‑week theater and streaming anti‑opioid campaign and a commercial and streaming distribution costs.
