PUEBLO — The Pueblo County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously March 4 to approve a subrecipient grant agreement with the City of Pueblo that will bring $40,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for an Emergency Repairs and Essential Services Program, known as ERESP, and to allow the county to use up to $50,000 budgeted in 2025 as a local match.
