Pueblo County Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 13 approved a plat vacation, PV 24-1, that removes Lot 13 from the Domar Estate subdivision so the owners can combine it with an adjacent parcel at 24070 Crimson Lane.
County staff, represented at the hearing by Marcy Day, assistant county attorney, asked that the staff report and case summary be entered into the record and recommended approval. The applicants were identified as Fred and Mary Ramsey (landowners) with Edward James, in care of Randy Nelson, listed as applicant representatives; no one from the public testified for or against the request during the hearing.
The parcel was described in staff remarks as located at the southeast corner of 24th Lane and Crimson Lane, north of Gale Road. Commissioners asked about the meaning and enforcement of conditions attached to approvals; staff explained that conditions can modify an approval, that ongoing noncompliance can trigger a show-cause hearing and potential revocation, and that revocation proceedings would proceed through planning and to the board as required.
After discussion, a commissioner moved to approve the plat vacation and another commissioner seconded the motion. The board called the question and the motion passed. The staff report and case summary were made part of the record.
