Senator Wintrow moved the combined package for fiscal year 2026: $300,000 from the general fund and $757,600 from dedicated funds (total $1,057,600) and a reduction of seven full-time equivalent positions in line with the IT modernization initiative. The motion passed on a committee roll call (15 ayes, 5 nays) and will carry a due-pass recommendation to the floor.
