Bills moved on the consent agenda included: Senate Bill 270 (Federally Qualified Health Center operations); SB 288 (increase aging network reimbursements); SB 338 (recruit and retain rural health care workers); SB 346 (statewide capital improvements); SB 365 (Commission on the Status of Women funding); SB 366 (Children's Code Reform Task Force funding); SB 395 (Special Olympics funding); SB 427 (new physician residency programs); and SB 436 (Workforce Solutions Department funding). Each was announced as receiving a due-pass recommendation, 10-0, and will be considered by the Senate Finance Committee.
Committee members did not request separate hearings on these bills during the session excerpted on the record.
The committee returned later in the hearing to consider other, more contested bills.
