House passes omnibus appropriations bill HB 4161; 59-49 vote

The Michigan House of Representatives approved House Bill 4161, an omnibus appropriations measure "to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate appropriations" for state departments, the judicial branch and the legislative branch for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026. The bill passed on final passage by a recorded vote of 59-49.

Representative Bolen introduced HB 4161 and Representative Boland offered a floor substitute (H-2; amendment number 1).
