The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the consent agenda and a series of replat and right‑of‑way items during the meeting’s public‑hearing block.
The commission approved the consent agenda (prior P&Z meeting minutes) by motion. The commission then voted on the following public‑hearing items:
- Replat: Lot 1, Block A of the Pflugerville Industrial Subdivision (1801 Weiss Lane) — approved. Staff said the replat divides the existing parcel into two lots to separate the existing gas station from a retail shell building in the rear; a joint‑use access agreement will remain in effect for the shared entrance on Weiss Lane.
- Replat: Lot 1, Block A of Woodrow Farm Section 1 (600 East Oxford) — approved. The applicant will split a 4.1‑acre tract into three lots: two commercial lots and a separate detention lot. Staff said a maintenance agreement will require the commercial property owners to upkeep the detention pond; final maintenance details will appear in the site and construction plans.
- Replat / dedication: TCG Lot 3H (Renewable Energy Park) — approved. The replat dedicates additional right of way to Impact Way so the street can be extended south to Cameron Road; the property owner was listed as PCDC.
Staff said all of these replats met state and local platting requirements; staff recommended approval for each. Motions to approve passed; most items passed unanimously in the meeting record, while the separate rezoning of the Row Loop parcel recorded one vote in opposition earlier in the agenda. Specific roll‑call tallies were not recorded in the public transcript for these items.
Motions recorded in the meeting were standard approval motions; the record shows proponents moved and another commissioner seconded each motion. No amendments to the plats or conditions were recorded in the transcript. The commission closed each corresponding public hearing before voting.
Staff told the commission that further development on replatted parcels will require standard site‑plan review, construction permitting and, where applicable, shared‑access or joint‑maintenance agreements to be recorded.
