"My name is Jeannie Greer. I'm the director at the school's foundation, and I'm very excited today to present a check from our Raise Your Hand initiative for teachers who are pursuing national board certification," Greer told the board. She said the funds will assist teachers working through National Board modules.
District leaders thanked the foundation for the gift and for its ongoing partnership. No board action was required for the presentation.
