The Kyle City Council on March 4 approved appointments to the Train Depot Board, filling seven seats with staggered expiration dates.
Chief Development Officer Melissa McCollum introduced the slate and said the review committee made unanimous recommendations. Council approved Anthony Davis to seat 1, Robert Spina to seat 3, Patrick Gibson to seat 5 and James Herbert to seat 7 (all seats expiring Sept. 30, 2025), and Morgan Harrell to seat 2, James Del Freight to seat 4, and Margarita Cosby to seat 6 (all seats expiring Sept. 30, 2026).
Councilor Rizzo praised Patrick Gibson’s long volunteer service at the depot. The motion to appoint the recommended candidates carried 7‑0.
