The commission moved to continue PC‑1 (PDE2057738, Evans County Line 80 MPD, Evans Property Inc.) to the April 3 Planning Commission meeting in Dade City; no applicant representative was present and the motion carried. Staff listed the continuance request on the record.
The commission approved the consent agenda item PC‑2 (PDE257859, St. Joe Walk Inc.), a zoning amendment for parcels at the southeast corner of Sharper Road and St. Joe Road in northeast Pasco County. Staff noted an agenda memo error in the parcel ID list and said a revised agenda memo would be filed with the clerk’s office to remove the duplicated parcel ID (2624200030000000100).
The commission then proceeded to the regular agenda item (P3), a special exception approved with a revised access condition; that item is reported separately.
