Planning Commission recommends rezoning for Valvoline oil‑change site on Colonel Glen Highway

The Beavercreek City Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of PUD 25‑2, a rezoning that would allow a Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility at 3913 Colonel Glen Highway.

The recommendation, made at the commission’s March meeting, would rezone roughly 0.65 acres from B‑2 community business district to a commercial planned unit development (CPUD). The developer and applicant said the site would be redeveloped for a two‑bay Valvoline Instant Oil Change with six stacking spaces and nine parking spaces; staff recommended approval subject to six conditions.
