Members said the sequence is contingent on receiving the final plan and deed and on visible drainage conditions once snowpack melts; they did not schedule an exact final acceptance vote and framed the April site walk as a step in the verification process. The board asked staff to finalize dates once the remaining sign-offs and documents arrive and to coordinate sidewalk inspection and bond release steps with the town engineer.
