Richland County commissioners approve routine transfers, equipment purchases and agreements

The Richland County Board of Commissioners on March 6 approved routine administrative items including the certification of the March 4 proceedings, an amended weekly transfer request, purchase quotes for a backup body cooler at the coroner’s office, authorization to dispose of five sheriff vehicles, operator-of-record paperwork for wastewater licensing (with a clerical correction noted), an improvement agreement for Oak Hill Terrace and an HVAC quote for the juvenile detention center.
