Board trustees and the district’s strategic-planning consultants led a review of priorities adopted for 2024–25 and how those priorities might be carried forward or embedded in a new strategic plan. Consultants told trustees they plan to gather community feedback through multiple meetings and look for common themes across stakeholder groups to inform the district’s final plan.
