Board members requested staff ensure district publications that print official names (for example, forthcoming diplomas) reflect the change; staff cautioned one high school’s already-printed materials may reflect previous officer listings and will not be reprinted.
The reorganization was entered into the official minutes and staff were directed to update records and notify appropriate partners and services that rely on current officer listings.
