Davie CRA approves consent agenda, adds March 19 meeting

The Davie Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approved its consent agenda unanimously and voted to add an additional CRA meeting on March 19.
The vote to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded by board members; the motion passed by unanimous voice vote. Later in the meeting the board moved and seconded to add a March 19 CRA meeting; that motion also passed unanimously.
Board member Holstey thanked staff for their reports and downtown efforts. "She always does a fantastic job," Holstey said of Debbie, who compiled the annual report, and he noted Cheryl Elliott's assistance. Chair Paul also thanked Elliott for her work at the Black Jacks grand opening in downtown Davie.
The meeting was brief and procedural: roll call confirmed a quorum, the consent agenda was approved, a special meeting was scheduled, several board members offered thanks to staff, and the CRA adjourned.
