Committee discussion included two notable clarifications: staff said traffic signals IGAs were updated to incorporate provisions for intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and the BNSF Lorenzo Road agreement includes a temporary runaround alignment so traffic will not be impeded while the bridge is built.
