No members of the public testified in favor or opposition during the hearing.
Motion and vote: Commissioner Mercier moved to approve the license and appointment of Truong as license manager; Commissioner Krieger seconded. The motion carried by voice vote with four commissioners in favor and one absent.
What the approval requires: the commission noted that the license is subject to standard pre-opening inspections and the submission of TIP/server certification for staff. Truong said she is completing fit-out work at the location and hoped to open once inspections and paperwork are complete.
The commission closed the hearing and continued routine business.
