- Titan Pool Services contract: The board approved a construction contract with Titan Pool Services Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $205,310.56 for pool construction services. The motion passed unanimously.
- Covenants appeal (11210 Lagoon Lane): The board voted not to consider the covenants committee appeal regarding 11210 Lagoon Lane. The motion passed by voice vote.
- 1650 Valencia Way: The board deferred consideration of the legal committee recommendation for 1650 Valencia Way to its first regular meeting in April. The motion passed unanimously.
- Personnel decision related to CEO: The board ratified and approved a personnel decision reached in executive session as it pertains to the CEO. The motion passed; recorded yes votes included Director Johnson, Director Dodd, Director Flaschman, Director Perry, Director Garwatch and the chair.
