After discussion, the board did not take final action and will work with staff and the applicant to refine site and operational conditions before returning the item to a future hearing.
Marisol (senior planner, Community and Economic Development) presented the modification, noting the five additional parcels total about 0.47 acres and include areas intended for a restroom and shower facility (Parcel 2), the Mercantile expansion (Parcel 4) and two roll‑off dumpster pads (Parcel 6).
