Planning board backs rezone for drive-through restaurant at Red Bug Lake Road and Dodd Road

The Seminole County Planning and Zoning Commission on March 5 recommended that the Board of County Commissioners adopt an ordinance to amend an existing plan development (PD) to allow a restaurant with a drive-through on a 0.51-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Red Bug Lake Road and Dodd Road.
Caitlin Apgar, Planning and Development Services, told the commission the site is in Commercial Tract 2 of the ZOM Development Red Bug Lake Road PD and was previously occupied by a bank with a drive-through.
