- Fair and concert contracts: Approved a $5,000 contract for Precious Bird to perform during the Baker County Fair (Aug. 4–8, 2025) and a $6,000 guaranteed contract for Mickey & the Motorcars for the Baker County Summer Jam (Aug. 2–3, 2025).
- Other: Commissioners discussed the OSU quarterly invoice/financial report and directed staff to continue providing quarterly financial reports from OSU for transparency; staff agreed to provide the second-quarter invoice and accompanying financials.
