A councilor asked for a section showing completed projects and budget performance; staff said they would integrate percent‑complete and budget summary fields.
Direction from the meeting: staff will review the draft with the management team, refine frequency (possible alternate‑month cadence), and return to the council for approval at a future regular meeting. No formal policy change was adopted at the session.
