Bill (commissioner) and others noted striking historic photos in the report, including detailed images of the Hosmer House barn timber framing and mid-19th-century photos of the property.
The commission asked staff to notify the planning office (Adam) that the final report has been delivered so the consultant can be paid. Commissioners asked for hard-copy reprints: roughly six copies for commissioners, plus copies for the planning department and the public library. Staff said they would research printing costs and report back on the price for about ten copies.
Commissioners discussed several implementation items drawn from the report, including an ADA‑accessible pathway suggestion around the Hosmer House landscape and additional interpretation opportunities that could be phased with other restoration work. No formal vote was required to accept the report; commissioners directed staff to arrange payment and to circulate instructions on how commissioners can obtain printed copies from the planning office or library.
