PPIC schedules April 22 retreat; commissioners seek alignment with city council priorities

Several commissioners suggested reviewing the council priorities before finalizing the PPIC retreat agenda; staff offered May 27 as an alternative retreat date if more preparation time is needed.
Separately, staff described a planned joint meeting between the PPIC and the City Council on July 7 (a Monday evening work session starting at 5:30 p.m.). Staff said the goal is to create dialogue between the full council and the commission so that priority lists and liaison reports are better aligned across boards and departments.
