Sustainability Committee unanimously votes to submit annual town report, five days late

The Sudbury Sustainability Committee voted unanimously to submit its annual town report and directed staff to file it with a brief apology for the late submission.

Committee members said they had reviewed the document and found no changes needed. A committee member noted the filing deadline had passed: "it was due on the 30 first, and so we're 5 days late. But I will submit it later this evening and just say sorry for being tardy," the member said.

The committee did not identify a motion mover or seconder on the record. Members who explicitly registered affirmative votes during the roll call included Olga and Jim; another member (Joe) had just joined and the chair confirmed the vote as unanimous.

The committee did not discuss revisions to the report at the meeting. Staff indicated they would submit the report to town hall and follow up as needed.

The vote closed the item and the committee moved on to other business.
