The Washoe County Planning Commission on March 4 approved abandonment case WAB24-0013 to relinquish the county’s interest in two 20-foot-wide public utility, drainage and access easements that traverse parcels at 1685 Pinecone Circle, 1131 Lakeshore Boulevard and 1135 Lakeshore Boulevard.
The action clears encumbrances from title on three parcels totaling roughly 4.023 acres (1.587 acres, 1.902 acres and 0.534 acres, as described in the staff report) in the Tahoe planning area and is intended to allow future expansion or development of those parcels while maintaining required setbacks.
