Greg Hernandez of the Planning Department presented the request for zone case 112G, a proposed change from Neighborhood Commercial to Auto Urban Commercial for property north of 50th Street and west of Avenue U. Hernandez told the commission the city’s future land use map designates the parcel for commercial uses and that staff “has no objections to this request.”
