Decatur SD 61 board approves consent items, personnel actions and Oak Grove Park intergovernmental agreement; solar contract pulled for review

Earlier in the meeting the board approved the open-session meeting agenda for March 4 by voice vote; no formal roll call was recorded for that motion. The meeting recorded four members voting in favor of the listed roll-call items and noted three members absent.
