Committee releases bill allowing electronic payments for bingo, raffles and penny auctions

Committee members expressed support for the bill’s impact on volunteer and nonprofit fundraising. The committee moved and released AB 4589; roll call recorded affirmative votes from Assemblywoman Munoz, Assemblyman Egan, Assemblywoman McCoy and Chairman Samson.
