During the opening roll call a committee member moved to approve the Feb. 5 minutes and received a second from Mr. Gremney; a roll call vote followed with at least two named yes votes recorded and the clerk announcing “4 ayes” and that the minutes passed.
At the meeting’s close a motion to adjourn received a second from Mayor St. John; roll call votes were recorded with Mister Cappell, Mayor St. John and Mister Gremney recorded as voting yes and the chair declaring the meeting adjourned.
These were procedural actions; no substantive ordinances or resolutions were voted on in the services committee meeting.
