Later in the meeting the board approved the consent agenda, including the bills and expenditures report for December 2024. Mr. Jaramillo moved to approve the consent agenda and another trustee seconded; a roll call vote passed the motion.
No additional conditions or amendments were recorded in the meeting minutes for either vote.
