The director indicated routine financial items included a one-time purchase of Microsoft Office 2024 licenses and that an account for library book funds and a general donation account had been established in town finance.
Other routine items: trustees were informed the Friends of the Millborough Public Library have closed the membership cycle for the current calendar year and that Friends assets have been centralized in library storage and the Friends' bookstore. The director also reported on material disposal, meeting-room requests, signage, carpet specification work, and procurement steps related to several maintenance projects; no additional votes were taken on those items at this meeting.
