Jason Frederick was nominated and voted to serve as chairman for 2025; the commission approved the appointment by voice vote. Scott Bullinger was nominated and approved as vice chairman for 2025.
With no additional items raised during the public issues segment and no remaining work-session business beyond the CureLeaf annual review, a commissioner moved to adjourn and the commission voted to adjourn the meeting.
