Commission hears annual compliance review from CureLeaf compassion center; no violations reported

At its Feb. 12 meeting, the City of Dickinson Planning and Zoning Commission received the annual special-use review from the CureLeaf compassion center operating in Dickinson.
Steve Josephson, city-county planner, told the commission CureLeaf remains licensed by the state and that staff found no compliance concerns during the review. "As far as staff, we haven't had any compliance concerns," Josephson said. CureLeaf compliance manager Robert Zidevart introduced himself and said the company was present to answer questions and "is here for a renewal of our special use permit." Heidi Ward, present with the applicant, also spoke to the record.
Josephson said no action was required at the meeting and that CureLeaf would return next year for its routine annual review. Commissioners did not raise enforcement issues or direct staff to open any compliance investigations at the time.
