The Sandusky Boards & Commissions postponed approval of the prior meeting's minutes and directed staff to prepare a formal record for the next meeting.
At the start of the meeting a motion was made to approve the minutes, but members acknowledged there were no minutes available from the last session. Mr. Coontz, board member, said a temporary secretary was not appointed at the last meeting and the commission would need to prepare minutes for the next meeting. Bill volunteered to take minutes for the current meeting and staff said they would "cobble together some minutes from the last meeting off the video" and get them ready for the next meeting.
The commission also reviewed attendance. Mrs. Corso was absent due to a medical appointment, Mr. Harrington and Mr. King were not present, and Mr. Zier was reported to be out of town. Members noted they had a quorum and proceeded with the agenda.
Because formal minutes from the prior meeting were not available, the commission chose to "pass over" approval of those minutes and move on to new business. Staff confirmed they will prepare a written record of the prior meeting and present it at the next meeting for consideration.
Meeting adjournment was moved by Andrew and seconded; the commission adjourned at the end of the session.
