Area Plan flags unsafe structure; commissioners reauthorize mowing contract with Platinum Landscaping

Separately, commissioners approved a motion to continue using Platinum Landscaping for mowing services in 2025. The board recorded the motion and vote as carrying 3-0; staff said this would be Platinum Landscaping's third consecutive year as a contractor for area-plan mowing services.
