- Landscape maintenance: reject lowest bidder and award to Barry Landscaping for annual landscape maintenance services (contract amount presented as $192,000) after legal review and past performance considerations.
- Tree pruning: award to Yellowstone Landscape of Plainfield for three-year tree-pruning services (pre-pruning services amount $269,000; estimated 2025 spending about $100,000; unit pricing by tree-diameter to be used).
- Water-main interconnect construction award to H Linden and Sons, $406,000 (Hinsdale 66% / Burr Ridge 33% cost share) and construction observation engineering to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly not to exceed $49,000 (costs to be split).
- Accounts payable: payment of $781,951.01 for the period of Feb. 20, 2025 through March 4, 2025 as presented by the village treasurer.
Each of these items was placed on the consent agenda and approved by the board in roll-call votes recorded on the meeting record.
