Noel Vargas spoke at the hearing and confirmed he sought permission for a maximum of four cars and that sales would be carried out inside the unit. No members of the public spoke in favor or opposition.
A commissioner moved to recommend council approval of the conditional use and the limited outdoor display, subject to the findings and conditions in the staff report. The motion passed by voice vote; the item will be forwarded to City Council for final action.
