Lincoln County Schools board members met in January at the county office and unanimously approved routine governance items including the Dec. 17 meeting minutes, several administrative items, the month’s invoices and personnel approvals.
The approvals were procedurally quick and uncontroversial. Cartwright moved to approve the Dec. 17 minutes and Wilson seconded; the board recorded a 5-0 vote in favor. Wilson moved approval of the listed administrative items and Cartwright seconded; that motion also passed 5-0. Cartwright moved to approve the monthly invoices and a second was recorded; the board voted 5-0. Cartwright moved to approve personnel items, Wilson seconded, and the vote was 5-0.
Board members present were Mosteller, Burns (by phone), Wilson, Cartwright and Bell. The meeting included no public comment on these items and no extended discussion was recorded.
