Hamilton County Council approves lease, bond ordinance for public safety training facility

The Hamilton County Council approved ordinance CC03052025 on March 5 authorizing a lease agreement and the issuance of bonds by the Hamilton County Public Building Corporation to fund a Public Safety Training Facility.

Bond counsel Zach Klutz of the Taft Law Firm told the council the ordinance implements three statutory approvals the council must make: approval of the lease, approval of the Public Building Corporation’s bond issuance, and approval of the project itself.
