The Pataskala Planning and Zoning Commission on March 5 voted to table preliminary plan application PP 25001 and approved several routine administrative motions, including excusing absences from the Feb. 5 meeting and approving the Feb. 5 minutes as amended.
Motion to table: The commission moved to table preliminary plan application PP 25001 at the request of the applicant to allow the traffic impact study and adjustments to be completed. The motion passed on roll call with recorded affirmative votes from Mister Nancina; Mister Burry; Mister Boggs; Mister Smiley; Mister Bush; Mister Rogers; and Mister Truax.
Administrative votes: The commission also approved motions to excuse Alexander Smiley from the Feb. 5, 2025 meeting (motion carried; roll call recorded a mix of yes votes and two abstentions), and to excuse Jerry from the Feb. 5 meeting (motion carried on roll call). The minutes of the Feb. 5 meeting were approved as amended on roll call. Finally, the commission voted to adjourn and set the next regular meeting for April 2, 2025; that motion passed on roll call.
All recorded actions were procedural; no ordinances, rezonings, or land‑use approvals were adopted during the meeting.
